At VertexSTYL, we’re committed to delivering your custom fashion pieces with care, precision, and transparency. Since many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, our shipping timelines and processes are designed to ensure quality and accuracy.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing Time: 2–5 business days
  • Custom/Personalized Orders: 5–10 business days (may vary depending on design complexity)

Note: Processing begins once your payment is confirmed and your customization (if any) is finalized.


🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

  • India (Domestic Orders): 4–7 business days
  • International Orders: 10–18 business days (availability may vary by region)

You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped.


🌍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship PAN India.
  • International shipping is launching soon — stay tuned via our newsletter and Instagram @vertex.styl.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only)
  • Flat rate of ₹60 for orders below ₹999
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) available with an additional ₹50 charge (selected locations)

🛑 Delays & Exceptions

We work hard to ensure on-time delivery. However, shipping may be delayed due to:

  • Public holidays or national emergencies
  • Remote locations or unforeseen weather conditions
  • Delays in customization/approval for personalized designs

In such cases, we’ll keep you informed via email and provide updated timelines.


📮 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking link to monitor delivery status
  • Real-time updates on dispatch, transit, and arrival

If you face any tracking issues, email us at support@vertexstyl.com with your Order ID.


🔄 Return to Sender / Delivery Failure

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, you’ll be contacted to:

  • Reconfirm your shipping details
  • Pay for re-shipping (if applicable)

📢 Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, but we’ll assist in resolving the issue as best as we can
  • Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact details are correct while ordering
