1. Eligibility for Returns
Since many of our products are custom-designed or personalized using AI-based virtual try-on technology, standard return policies do not always apply. However, we do allow returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- The wrong size, color, or item was delivered.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Please note: Personalized or custom-fit items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items purchased during a clearance or final sale.
- Custom-designed products (unless damaged or defective).
- Items without original packaging or labels.
3. Refund Policy
If your return is approved after inspection, you may choose between:
- Full Refund: Credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Store Credit: Added to your VertexSTYL account for future purchases.
- Exchange: For the same product in a different size or replacement of the same design.
Please note:
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
4. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email us at support@vertexstyl.com or contact us through your VertexSTYL account with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide shipping instructions if the return is accepted.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item with all original tags and send it back via the courier service shared with you.
- Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item and process the refund/exchange accordingly.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you’ve received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.
- We will offer an immediate replacement or refund, based on your preference.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled after confirmation, as production begins immediately.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account or digital wallet.
- Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
